- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As I left my house, my daughter said, "Dad, would you please drop off this package for me. She handed it to me stating, "I couldn't find the tape". No worries, I thought. UPS surely has some tape. Turns out I was right, they do have tape. You just need to endure the nontaped shaming to get it. One "customer Service" rep said, "we can tape it but we expect you to have tape" he passed me off to another rep who did the same thing. When did a 6" piece of tape become such a huge commodity that you can't go above and beyond to provide service. It's not like I was asking for much. I was just asking for a little help to use their service. Next time I'll use someone else to ship.By Richard Farrand, December 30, 2016
