  Quick service and friendly staff. I came for a license renewal at 10:45 on a Wednesday and left before 11:15. My only complaint is the lack of a changing table in the men's restroom.

  Went there today, April 11, 2017 over my lunch hour and during a break from dropping off my children at preschool. I have no complaints. Service could be a little faster if they had all lanes open and staffed, but they were prompt, courteous, and the young man who assisted me in getting a copy of my marriage certificate (to evidence my name change) was top-notch. Professional, easy, quick--and service with a smile. Doesn't get better than that. And for those folks that gave it poor ratings (less than 3 stars?) Please remember that these folks work for the government--and sometimes the requirements are convoluted, ridiculous and make you mad--but that's not the staffer's fault--blame our convoluted and over-bloated governmental system for that.

  Extremely polite staff does not necessarily constitute great service. This facility was supposed to be of greater size and capacity but there is often 45min to and hour wait at times. That really has nothing to do with the time of day. It's just a slower than usual service center than compared to say Minneapolis' Hennepin County Service centers. Slow, slow, sloooww
